🛍️ Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Items must be unused, in new/resellable condition, and returned in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, use, or damage.

💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our headquarters, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Please email us with your order number and photos of the issue before initiating a return.

🚚 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance—we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


⚖️ Responsibility for Return Shipping
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
